Old MicrosoftMvcAjax is no longer working on jquery 1.1.0.2 above

I was scratching my hair about 2 hours to know why jquery.unobtrusive-ajax.js is not working anymore in MVC 5. MS should include jquery.unobtrusive-ajax.js when mvc 5 project created as it does before. Now that ajax js file is stopped including in MVC 5 template.
